Tyler Daly
LISW
We are thrilled to welcome Tyler to the NGBH team.
Tyler specializes in work with late-stage adolescents into early adulthood (starting at age 16), with a particular focus on young men navigating the pressures of achievement culture. Whether it's performance anxiety in academics or athletics, the weight of expectations, or the challenge of figuring out who you are when everyone has opinions about who you should be—Tyler gets it.
His style is warm and action-oriented. He's not interested in talking in circles—he's interested in helping clients build skills, shift patterns, and actually feel different in their daily lives. He's especially skilled at helping people who struggle with anxiety, depression, and the messy work of relationships and communication.
Tyler also brings expertise in the psychology of competition in esports and gaming—from helping young competitors thrive in team environments to recalibrating when video game use has become compulsive or consuming.
If you're looking for a professional who can meet you where you are without judgment—and help you move forward—Tyler is an excellent fit.
